Standard Rates:

$200 per 45–50 minute session for individual and Family sessions

For group therapy sessions, per person fees will depend on the type of group.

Insurance

I’m currently an in-network provider for Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum and Oscar.  If you have other insurance or would like to pay out of pocket; I would be happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement from your health insurance.

Please contact your health insurance provider to verify how your plan reimburses you for mental health/psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

How Does a Superbill Work?

You will simply pay out of pocket for the sessions and then I can provide you with a document (i.e superbill) that lists the dates of services and other necessary information that insurance companies require for out of network reimbursement. Many of my clients prefer to use this method because more time/energy is focused on client-care and it provides more freedom in choosing a therapist that they can connect to.

Victims of Crime Program

I am also an approved psychotherapy provider with CalVCB, victims of crime program in California. If you were a victim of a crime you may be eligible for free psychotherapy services. Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards, and FSA/HSA as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 business hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
