What will an immigration evaluation do for my case?
An immigration evaluation will provide vital support and in-depth documentation for your case by addressing the emotional, psychological, and social aspects that are crucial to your immigration petition. It helps to demonstrate the real-life impact of your situation highlighting how the circumstances of your case have impacted your mental and emotional well-being or that of your family whether you're seeking asylum, a hardship waiver, a U Visa, or filing under VAWA.
Through this process, I will carefully document how your experiences have affected your mental and emotional well-being, providing a clear, personalized assessment that aligns with USCIS requirements.
By offering an in-depth professional and compassionate written evaluation, we create a strong foundation for your application. The report will present your story in a way that adds depth and clarity, making it more compelling for the decision-makers reviewing your case. This can make a significant difference in the strength of your application, helping you feel more confident as you move forward and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome.
How do immigration evaluations work?
Immigration evaluations are a collaborative process designed to support your case with a thorough and professional assessment. It begins with a conversation where you’ll have the space to share your story, experiences, and concerns in a safe and supportive environment. This allows me to understand your unique situation and document the emotional and psychological factors that are most relevant to your immigration case.
I may also use standardized assessment tools to gather additional insights, ensuring the evaluation is as comprehensive as possible. Once we’ve completed this step, I’ll prepare a detailed and carefully written report tailored specifically to your case. This report will highlight key findings and provide the evidence needed to strengthen your application. Throughout the process, I’m here to guide you with care and understanding, helping make this step as smooth and stress-free as possible.

WHAT I DO
I provide psychological evaluations for the following types of applications:
Extreme Hardship/Cancellation of Removal
An immigration evaluation will help by documenting the emotional and psychological toll that deportation would have on you and your family. In Extreme Hardship and Cancellation of Removal cases, the evaluation highlights the deep personal, financial, and emotional consequences of separation, providing essential evidence to support your claim. This detailed, compassionate report can strengthen your case by showing that the hardship your family would face is truly extreme, increasing your chances of receiving relief from removal.
Asylum
An immigration evaluation will help by documenting the emotional and psychological effects of the trauma you’ve experienced, which is crucial for your asylum case. Through a detailed and compassionate assessment, I can help illustrate the impact of past persecution or fear of future harm, providing strong evidence to support your claim for protection. This evaluation will strengthen your application by showing how your experiences have affected your well-being, helping USCIS better understand the seriousness of your situation.
Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
An immigration evaluation will help by documenting the emotional and psychological effects of the abuse you’ve experienced, which is essential for your VAWA petition. Through a detailed and compassionate assessment, I can highlight the impact of domestic violence on your well-being, providing strong evidence to support your claim for relief. This evaluation strengthens your case by showing how the abuse has affected your mental health, helping USCIS understand the severity of your situation and the need for protection.
U Visa
An immigration evaluation will help by documenting the emotional and psychological impact of the crime you’ve experienced, which is key for your U Visa application. Through a thorough and compassionate assessment, I can highlight the trauma and suffering you’ve endured, providing strong evidence to support your request for protection. This evaluation helps show how the crime has affected your well-being, making your case more compelling to USCIS and increasing your chances of approval.
T Visa
An immigration evaluation will help by documenting the emotional and psychological trauma you’ve experienced as a result of trafficking, which is critical for your T-Visa application. Through a compassionate and thorough assessment, I can highlight the lasting impact of your experience and the challenges you face, providing strong evidence to support your request for relief. This evaluation strengthens your case by showing how your trauma has affected your well-being, helping USCIS better understand your need for protection and support.

Many immigration applications, such as asylum, extreme hardship waivers, or VAWA petitions, require a detailed evaluation of the mental and emotional toll your situation has caused. My evaluation provides expert, personalized insights that can strengthen your application, making it more compelling to USCIS and increasing your chances of success. Working together with your attorney, we can ensure that every aspect of your case is well-supported and thoroughly presented.

If you need your report sooner, expedited services are available for an additional rush fee.
